Section 20.53.10.02 - Suppliers Responsible for its AgentA. A supplier may use an agent to conduct marketing or sales activities. B. A supplier is responsible for any fraudulent, deceptive, or other unlawful marketing acts performed by its agent in the conduct of marketing or sales activities on behalf of a supplier. Md.
