Section 10.10.13.22 - Quality Assurance - Continuity of Operations and Disaster Recovery Plan

A permittee shall develop, implement, and maintain written continuity of operations and disaster recovery plans that ensure the continuous performance of essential functions and operations:

A. During an emergency; or
B. When the laboratory temporarily can no longer meet the requirements and standards set forth in this chapter.
