Section 10.09.69.06 - Requirements for Provider QualificationA. A case manager providing case management under this chapter shall be: B. The following professionals providing services under this chapter to REM participants shall be licensed, certified, or otherwise legally authorized to practice in the jurisdiction in which the services are rendered: (2) Physician Assistants;(7) Dietitian-Nutritionists; (8) Occupational therapists;(10) Speech-language pathologists; and(11) CNAs, HHAs, CNA-CMTs, and HHA-CMTs.C. A provider rendering services pursuant to this chapter shall meet all applicable licensure and certification requirements of the jurisdiction in which the provider is providing services.D. A provider rendering services to REM participants, pursuant to this chapter, may not have current sanctions or current disciplinary actions imposed by: (1) The jurisdictional licensing or certification authority;(2) The Medicare Program;(4) Other federally funded healthcare programs.Md.
