Section 10.09.11.01 - Purpose and Scope

A. This chapter governs the determination of eligibility for the Maryland Children's Health Program.

B. Eligibility for the Maryland Children's Health Program may be established for:

(1) Women of any age during pregnancy and during the postpartum period whose income is equal to or less than 250 percent of the federal poverty level; and

(2) Children younger than 19 years old whose family income is equal to or less than 200 percent of the federal poverty level.
