Section 07.01.07.10 - Criminal Penalty

A court may find a disclosure of confidential information in violation of this chapter to:

A. Be a criminal offense punishable by a fine of not more than $500, or by 90 days imprisonment, or both; and

B. Result in civil liability for damages.
