Section 03.03.03.09 - Transporters of Waste OilA. Transporters of motor fuel from tank cleaning or spill clean-up operations shall be considered petroleum transporters regardless of whether the products are contaminated, commingled, or clean.B. Transporters of used crankcase motor oils and solvents may not be considered petroleum transporters provided that no other motor fuel is being simultaneously transported.Md. Code Regs. 03.03.03.09
