MUSL will either itself conduct, or authorize a U.S. Lottery to conduct on its behalf, a separate random "Megaplier" drawing. Before each Mega Millions drawing, a single number (two, three, four, or five (2, 3, 4, or 5)) shall be drawn. The Product Group may change one (1) or more of the multiplier features for special promotions from time to time. In the event the multiplier drawing does not occur prior to the Mega Millions drawing, the multiplier number will be a five (5), which shall solely be determined by the lottery authorized to conduct the "Megaplier" drawing.
