If the slot machine or casino facility is privately owned, this rule authorizes the owner of the facility to restrict possession of firearms and other weapons by persons in the facility, including off-duty and retired law enforcement officers in accordance with the above rules, and Title 18 U.S.C. §926B, § 926C and 25 M.R.S.A.§ 2001-A, sub-§ 2, ¶¶G and H . Such facility regulations should be incorporated in any security plan submitted to the Board.
