Section 144-205-9 - ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR WILDERNESS RECREATIONAL AREAS9.A. Privies: Privies shall be constructed to be fly tight and ventilated. 9.A.1. Seats: Toilet seats shall be provided for privies.9.A.2. Waste disposal: Surface soil shall not be contaminated.9.A.3. Vermin control: Excreta shall not be accessible to flies and animals.9.A.4. Odor control: There shall be freedom from odors and unsightly conditions. Chlorinated lime or other approved chemicals shall be used to control odors.9.A.5.
