Section 144-114-5 - Near Miss Events5.1 Voluntary Self-Reporting. A healthcare facility may notify the SET of the occurrence of a near miss event. Reports shall be made on department-approved forms and include requested documentation. 22 M.R.S.A. Sec. 8753(5).5.2 Report.
