Subsection 144-101-III-107-22 - ESTABLISHMENT OF INTERIM RATE22.1Initial Rate.For a PRTF's first year of operation, the Department will establish an initial prospective routine and fixed cost interim rate, based on the facility's pro- forma. This rate is subject to cost settlement.22.2Subsequent Interim Rate. For subsequent years of operation, the interim rate will be based on the most recent cost settlement.
