Section 001-11-9 - Record

A record shall be made consisting of:

A. All applications for licenses and date requests under 7 M.R.S.A. §65;

B. Evidence received or considered,

C. A statement of facts officially noticed;

D. Comments and statements submitted during the comment period; and

E. The determination of the Commissioner.
