Section XLVII-109 - Notice to a Railroad CorporationA. Upon receipt of a written request for an order to stop the closure of a private crossing or to reopen the crossing, the commissioner shall provide the appropriate railroad corporation with a copy of the request.B. The railroad corporation shall have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the mailing of a copy of the request to file a response with the commissioner and to submit any documents and information that the corporation wishes to submit with its response.La.
