Section V-503 - Preliminary WorkA. Before the water well or hole is plugged and filled, the responsible party and contractor should obtain and study drilling and construction records. An investigation of the well or hole shall be made to determine the well or hole's condition and whether any obstructions will interfere with plugging or drilling the well or hole properly. Any obstructions shall be removed, if possible, by an approved method and by a qualified contractor.La. Admin. Code tit. 56, § V-503
