Section VII-543 - Flanks, Udders and TeatsA. The flanks, bellies, tails and udders shall be clipped as necessary. Udders and teats shall be free from visible dirt or liquids at the time of milking.B. The udders and teats of all milk cows, goats, sheep, water buffaloes or other hooved mammals shall be cleaned, rinsed with a bactericidal solution and dried prior to milking.C.
