Section VII-507 - Cow YardA. All cow yards shall be effectively graded and drained and have no standing pools of water or accumulations of organic waste. A slab of concrete or other impervious material shall be provided, sufficient in size to hold the milking herd. Swine and poultry shall not be allowed in the cow yard.La. Admin.
