Section I-9871 - Activities ProgramA. A nursing facility shall provide for an ongoing program of diverse and meaningful activities designed to meet the interests and the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.B. The activities program shall be designed to allow and encourage each resident's voluntary participation and choice of activities based upon his/her specific needs and interest.La. Admin.
