Section I-9425 - ResponsibilitiesA. The chief executive officer or administrator, the medical staff and the director of nursing services shall ensure that the hospital-wide quality assessment and improvement program and training programs address problems identified by the infection control officer(s). They shall be responsible for the implementation of successful corrective action plans in affected problem areas. Infection control activities or programs conducted or instituted in different departments of the hospital shall have the approval of the infection control officer(s).La. Admin. Code tit. 48, § I-9425
