Section I-9399 - General ProvisionsA. The governing body shall ensure that the hospital has an effective, written, ongoing, hospital-wide, data driven quality assessment and performance improvement program designed to assess and improve the quality of patient care.B. The governing body shall ensure that the hospital's quality assessment and performance improvement program reflects the complexity of the hospital's organization and services, includes all hospital departments and services including those under contract or arrangement.La.
