Section I-9261 - Violations and NoncomplianceA. The Health Standards Section is responsible for investigation of complaints and noncompliance with these provisions.B. In accordance with §9259. A 2, authorization for a direct service worker to perform any of the tasks specified in R.S. 37:1032 shall be terminated if the registered nurse certifies that the direct service worker can no longer perform the prescribed tasks safely and the direct service worker shall immediately cease performing such procedures.La.
