Section I-9037 - Notifications [Formerly Section 9033]A. The facility shall comply with the following notification requirements. 1. The facility shall notify the department on the next working day in the event of temporary or permanent closing of the facility due to natural or man-made disasters or damage to the premises of the facility caused by fire, accident, or other elements that seriously affects the provision of services.2. If a resident is absent without permission, the resident's parents or custodians are to be notified immediately.B. The facility shall comply with the notification requirements regarding: 1. any case of suspected resident abuse or neglect;2. each serious occurrence; and3. the death of a resident.La. Admin.
