Section I-7513 - Complaint ProceduresA. All complaints and appeals from complaints will be investigated by the HSS in accordance with Louisiana R.S. 40:2009.13 et. seq.B. Deficiencies or violations noted during complaint investigations may result in adverse actions, sanctions, terminations, and/or require immediate or routine corrective action as determined by DHH.La.
