Section I-5721 - Policies and Procedures

A. House Rules and Regulations. A residential provider shall:

1. have a clearly written list of house rules and regulations governing client conduct and behavior management;

2. provide a copy of the house rules and regulations to all clients and, where appropriate, the clients parent(s) or legal guardian(s) upon admission;

3. post the rules and regulations in an easily accessible location in the provider and make them available when requested; and

4. have a policy and procedure that pertains to the bedroom assignment of its clients, with consideration given to age, clients diagnosis and severity of clients medical condition.
