Section I-4231 - Administrative RecordsA. A center shall have administrative records that include: 1. documents identifying the governing body; a. a list of the officers and members of the governing body, their addresses and terms of membership, if applicable;b. by-laws of the governing body and minutes of formal meetings, if applicable;2. documentation of the center's authority to operate under state law;3. an organizational chart for the center;4. all leases, contracts and purchase-of-service agreements to which the center is a party;6. annual budgets and audit reports; and7. a master list of all other programs and services used by the center.La.
