Section XXXV-701 - Issuance of LicensesA. The board shall be the sole and exclusive authority in the state to issue licenses to practice electrolysis and to administer the provisions of R.S. 37:3051 et seq. The board shall have authority to examine for, grant, deny, approve, revoke, suspend and renew the licenses of electrologists and shall review applications for licenses of electrologists at least four times each calendar year. It may conduct hearings on charges for the revocation or suspension of a license.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § XXXV-701
