Section XXXIV-709 - Emergency ActionA. If at any point the board finds that public health, safety, or welfare requires emergency action, and incorporates a finding to that effect in its order, the board is hereby given authority to obtain a restraining order from a judge of the appropriate court to suspend the license pending investigation or proceedings for disciplinary action. The order may be issued without bond. If the board seeks and obtains such a restraining order, the investigation and disciplinary action shall be commenced and completed as rapidly as possible.La.
