Section XLV-2511 - License by ReciprocityA. A person who possesses a current, unrestricted license to practice respiratory therapy issued by the medical licensing authority of another state, the District of Columbia, or a territory of the United States, shall only be eligible for licensure in this state if the applicant meets all of the qualifications for licensure specified in §2507 of this Subchapter, and satisfies the procedural and other requirements specified in Subchapters C and D of this Chapter, including but not limited to the restriction and limitation on examination set forth in §2536 of this Chapter.La.
