Section LXXXVI-313 - Code of EthicsA. The board has adopted the Code of Professional Ethics for Rehabilitations Counselors created and adopted by the Commission of Rehabilitation Counselor Certification for its Certified Rehabilitation Counselors in September 2016 and effective as of January 1, 2017 as specified in R.S. 37:3445 as specified in R.S. 37:3445 and may adopt any revisions or additions deemed appropriate or necessary by the board.La.
