Section LXXXVI-1601 - Code of EthicsA. Pursuant to R.S. 37:3445 D, the Code of Professional Ethics for Rehabilitations Counselors created and adopted by the Commission of Rehabilitation Counselor Certification for its Certified Rehabilitation Counselors in September 2016 and effective as of January 1, 2017 is hereby adopted by reference.
