Section LXVII-4111 - Stay of EnforcementA. The filing of a petition for judicial review by a respondent licensee does not itself stay enforcement of an order issued by the commission. A stay of enforcement shall be granted only when ordered by a court of appropriate jurisdiction.La. Admin. Code tit. 46, § LXVII-4111
