Section LXIII-900 - License RenewalA. A psychologist is eligible to renew their current license until July 31 of each year upon submission of the required renewal fee, renewal application form and fulfillment of all continuing education requirements as defined in LAC 46:LXIII.Chapter 8.B. A license may be valid for one year beginning August 1 through July 31 for each renewal period.C. A person whose license has been suspended is not eligible for renewal. Reinstatement procedures of a suspended license may be established through a consent agreement, or after a period of two years from the date of suspension a person may reapply for licensure.D. A person whose license has been revoked is not eligible for renewal. However, after a period of more than two years from the date of revocation, a person may reapply for licensure.La. Admin.
