Section III-501 - Board Meeting; Order of Business

A. The order of business at all meetings of board members shall be:

1. call to order;

2. reading of the minutes of the previous meeting;

3. reports of members;

4. consideration of financial statements and reports;

5. consideration of unfinished business;

6. consideration of new and miscellaneous business;

7. adjournment.
