Section III-1705 - Record KeepingA. All licensees, including all individual auctioneers and auction businesses, must retain the following records of each sale conducted by that licensee or conducted by an apprentice auctioneer for which that licensee is responsible, for at least three years after the sale: 3. records showing deposits and disbursements from the escrow account;4. consignor's contracts;7. any document showing lot numbers, item numbers, amounts of sale and commission amounts for each sale;9. occupational licenses;10. any other license which the auctioneer is required to have to operate his business.La.
