Section XXIX-111 - Notification of an Unauthorized Discharge of OilA. The coordinator shall promptly notify all state natural resource trustees of all reported unauthorized discharges of oil.B. After observing the characteristics of the unauthorized discharge of oil and the location of the affected natural resources, if the SOSC determines that the quantity or properties of the oil discharged or the natural resources potentially impacted by the oil differ significantly from the initial report, the SOSC shall promptly provide the state trustees with an updated report.La.
