Section XIX-905 - ApplicabilityA. The provisions of this order shall extend and apply to all oil produced from each and every well within the state of Louisiana and all oil transported, stored, or refined within the state of Louisiana, and to every producer, transporter, storer and refiner in the state of Louisiana.La.
