Section XI-4301 - Scope (Formerly section 1301)A. This Chapter prescribes minimum design requirements for new carbon dioxide pipeline systems constructed with steel pipe and for relocating, replacing or otherwise changing existing systems constructed with steel pipe. However, it does not apply to the movement of line pipe covered by §4929La. Admin. Code tit. 43, § XI-4301
