Section I-4119 - Judicial ReviewA. An applicant or certified land conservation organization may seek judicial review of the final decision of the Division of Administrative Law under §4117 in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, R.S. 49:950 et seq. and the Division of Administrative Law Act, R.S. 49:991 et seq.La.
