Section III-4012 - Servant of LicenseeA. The designated check cashing representative shall be considered a servant of the licensee or casino operator for the limited purpose of R.S. 27:101 and shall not cash any of the checks identified in that section and will be subject to the enforcement provisions of that section.La.
