Section XV-119 - RevocationA. No new license shall be issued to any individual whose prior license has been revoked until the expiration of at least two years, and then only upon a proper showing that the reasons for the revocation have been corrected, that all other requirements for a license have been met, that the necessary examinations have been taken and passed, and that all fees have been paid.
