Section XIII-167 - CETA PropertyA. All existing nonexpendable Comprehensive Employment and Training Act (CETA) property with an acquisition cost of less than $1,000 per unit may be used by the possessing recipient, SDA grant recipient, administrative entity, or state agency holding title, to satisfy the matching requirements of the Act in accordance with the definition of Matching Funds for Eight Percent Programs found in §101 of these rules.La.
