Section XIII-155 - Conditional Approval of Job Training PlanA. In order to expedite program operations the governor may, at his option, grant partial or conditional approval to a service delivery area job training plan. Such approval will spell out the parameters within which the job training plan may operate and the revision necessary for final approval.La. Admin. Code tit. 40, § XIII-155
