Section I-5535 - ContemptA. Contempt of court is any act or omission tending to obstruct or interfere with the orderly administration of justice, or to impair the dignity of the court or respect for its authority.B. Contempt proceedings in a workers' compensation proceeding shall be governed by R.S. 23:1310.7.B.
