Section XIII-1125 - Licensing of AgentsA. Any person soliciting membership for a fund must be licensed by the commissioner as a property and casualty agent; provided, however, that employees of a bona fide trade or professional association which has established a fund shall not be required to be so licensed if such solicitation is not the primary duty of such employees.La.
