Section XI-4925 - [Effective until 11/11/2024] Physician CredentialingA. The commissioner hereby suspends physician credentialing pursuant to R.S. 22:1009 such that there are no credentialing requirements with regard to any and all licensed physicians who provide medical services to insureds identified in §4901.A or §4901.B between 12:01 a.m. on September 9, 2024, and the expiration of Emergency Rule 49 as provided for in §4949.La.
