Section III-113 - SeverabilityA. If any provision of these rules, or the application or enforcement thereof, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of these rules which can be given effect without the invalid provisions or applications, and to this end the several provisions of these rules are hereby declared severable.La.
