Section XV-12361 - Inspection and DeliveryA. The commission may inspect the records of a licensee and its off-track wagering facility at any time at the offices of the off-track wagering facility. The licensee off-track wagering facility shall, upon written notice, deliver promptly to the commission any books, records, papers, etc. which the commission shall request.La. Admin.
