Section XV-2015 - Quarterly InventoryA. Each licensee or registrant shall conduct a quarterly physical inventory to account for all sources of radiation. Records of inventories shall be kept and maintained for two years from the date of the inventory for inspection by the department and shall include the quantities and kinds of sources of radiation, the location where sources of radiation are assigned, the date of inventory, and the name of the individual conducting the inventory.La.
