Section XV-1711 - Request for Written StatementsA. Each license is issued with the condition that the licensee shall, at any time before expiration of the license and upon the department's request, submit a written statement to the Office of Environmental Compliance to enable the department to determine whether the license should be modified, suspended, or revoked.La.
