Section III-3109 - ReligionA. Inmates shall be permitted to attend religious services of their own denominations.B. Inmates shall not be sanctioned or rewarded for attendance at religious services or be required to be present during any service.C. Inmates in all conditions of detention shall have access to confidential consultation with religious advisors at any reasonable time.D. Space shall be provided for religious services and programs.La.
