Section III-529 - Rehearing, ReopeningA. Unless otherwise provided by law, a decision on the merits shall become final as to any party 30 days after transmission of the notice, the decision or the order unless a petition for reconsideration, reopening or rehearing is filed with the division within 10 days from date of transmission pursuant to R.S. 49:959.B. Any requests for reconsideration, reopening or rehearing shall be granted or denied by the administrative law judge who originally decided the case or any judge to whom the matter is subsequently assigned.La.
